Many states are known for their cooking. I’ll admit that California Cuisine is quite delicious, and you really cant beat New York Style Pizza (it’s something about the water) but nothing can hold a candle to Southern Cooking. Paula Dean trumps Rachel Ray for me any day of the week. So since I think of myself as a Southern Food Connoisseur I thought I’d share some of my must have dishes for your summer menus!
