It’s Day 3 of “Design Theme Party Week,” and I couldn’t be happier to share one of my favorite design Show Stopper elements: Painted Floors. I don’t know why- but I have to admit, the idea of having art on my floors really appeals to me! What I really love, is that it’s whatever you make of it. Your design, or idea can come to life in your home and suddenly you have one-of-a-kind flooring. I’m personally a fan of the more “distressed” painted floors look, it gives me a rustic cottage vibe. Whatever finish, color or pattern you decide to go with your result can be tailored uniquely for your home’s aesthetics and there is something really special about that – don’t you think?
